We remove the cost, the gear, and the barriers that keep Tampa Bay kids off the field — through leagues, equipment, scholarships, and mentors who stick around long after the final whistle.
Tampa Bay Youth Sports Foundation began the way a lot of good ideas do — with one kid who almost didn't get to play. A local coach noticed a player on his roster kept "forgetting" his cleats. It wasn't forgetfulness. It was a $60 registration fee and a pair of shoes his family couldn't cover that season.
That coach started a cleat drive out of his garage. Today, we work with recreation leagues, schools, and community centers across Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater to make sure a family's budget never decides whether their kid gets to be a teammate.

Cleats, helmets, gloves, and uniforms — sourced, refurbished, and fitted through our seasonal equipment drives.
Every scholarship athlete is paired with a mentor coach who checks in on grades, attendance, and life off the field too.
